Why is the queens birthday not on her real birthday

She has two birthdays! (She's very lucky!) The Queen was actually born in April, but since the weather in the Uk isn't very good then, they have the 'offical' birthday celebrations in June when the weather is better - June in the Uk is a summer month.

ReplyDeletethis is a great question guys. There is a huge time difference fron here to NZ :) Its been a bad winter in England this year... Its snowing very early but I dont mind. Its fun and we get days off school
